“Pleasantly suprised. Reception staff very professional which makes refreshing change these days. Parking easy. Room was spacious with everything you needed and a peaceful sleep and relaxing time was had. Breakfast was also good and well organised, with a nice restaurant area. Maybe the only thing was the price. Not so sure it was worth £100 for one night, but nonetheless, everything was very nice. Next time we are in the area, will definitely return”

“Great old fashioned pub set on the green of the village. There's a main road passing in front of the building, so don't expect quiet and peaceful if you sit outside, but it's still nice.

Food is generic chain pub style, not great, not bad, affordable priced.”

Made finding a mattress so much easier, she was very helpful and patient, talked us through all the benefits of each mattress we tried, offered us drinks and gave us lots of time to decide which is great because I’m very indecisive! She offered the best deals that suited my needs. My sister and I felt very welcome when selecting my mattress, I’ve had my bed for a week now and it’s the best sleep I’ve had in ages, it’s like going to bed on a cloud. “We received today the Wessex Oak Ox dining table in Natural oak. It is very good quality and really solid. The delivery personnel who delivered and assembled are from the same company. They were really polite, and careful with the whole assembly process. Very satisfied with the product and the service. Worth the waiting.”
