“Stayed here for nearly a month on and off for work purposes.. staff really friendly and helpful.. one week I was late booked into the hotel so was in a disabled friendly room which wasn’t a problem but as soon as a prem plus room came available that I was originally booked for the ladies made me aware and then accommodated me.. Customer service on point.. Thanks Suzanne, Becky, Joan and Eva. Doel the leo”

“Single-night stay. We had a room in the Coach house. It was clean and tidy and comfy. It had underfloor heating and got too hot overnight but nothing seemed to make it cooler. Opened a window but due to the building work to the rear, the rain bouncing off scaffolding and tarp was a touch noisy. We drank in the bar and had both dinner and breakfast in the dining room. All was lovely and they made nice accommodations with our breakfast orders.Parking and location were great for Bicester and there was free electric parking too.Feedback from my wife is the bathroom (like most hotels) was designed by a man as the lighting for the mirror is awful. If you get to choose, room 25 in the Coach House is lovely and large.”

“Turned up on Friday & was met by Charlene, lovely girl she booked me in & I explained I was part of a group going to a wedding in Bicester so she put the whole group in the extension as it was quieter. Room was excellent, a long way from reception but not a problem as it was indeed quieter. I have stayed in allot of hotels, first time in a Travel Lodge & I was very impressed, opened the door fan was running as the w/e I went was exceptionally hot, curtains were closed, the room was so clean, the bed was huge & I'm 6ft 3'' & was very comfortable usually have trouble sleeping in a different bed, no problems there out like a light, very comfortable, extra pillows should you need them. The bathroom was very clean & tidy, Shower gel & hand soap in dispensers, spare towel should you require it, the mirror was the cleanest I have ever seen, I think the staff that clean these rooms really take pride in their job. I turned up a little early on the Friday & spoke to Charlene several times & she was very helpful explaining all amenity's, where to get food, also free parking which is always a bonus. The only thing I did find a little disappointing was it was a sun trap in reception & the poor staff working during the day in all that heat, was sorry there was not air conditioning for them & guests waiting to be collected. I think all the staff working are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble & when I go to that area again I will definitely stay there again. 10/10 First Class Thank you”

“ Absolutely superb garage, gloves for filling in a clever little storage on the pump handle, screens telling you things as you are filling a huge shop within the building and very nice staff. They were advertising for staff at a competitive rate too, I would imagine its a nice place to work ”

“At £70 a night, you would think a breakfast would be included . Still the room was tidy with tea/coffee facilities, a place to hang a few things, good tv and good selection of programs.Good shower with washing facilities (soaps towels)”
