“I was served by Sophie today, we came to open an One Day Account. The service at the branch was outstanding. Sophie was very professional and welcoming. She made my little 2 year-old boy feel very at ease, whilst we talkied about the 'boring grown up stuff'; the little dinosaur toy definitely helped.
