No cash was issued from the machine, and because I have a sight defect ,I thought that I may have done something wrong. I went into the branch and a lady helped me to get some cash. “I've just read a couple of negative reviews so thought I would comment .Nationwide are far and away the best bank.Of course that is only my opinion but I've banked with 3 other high St banks and also have a bank account in America. When I had issues with a standing order that wouldn't let me cancel andrew the manager sorted it for me and even got them to return the money they had been taking. Andrea who I believe has now retired came out to the ATM and helped me send a large amount abroad. I have a business account with a. Different bank they wouldn't even print me. A statement. The lady in question showed how proffessional she was by the patience she showed me, as the app took time to download. So kind, so helpfull, so attentive.
