Popped into the store yesterday and it was mad busy and couldn't find a particular item. A massive shout out to Ellen who was absolutely amazing her customer service skills are fantastic and I know working in retail this time of year is so stressful for the staff but Ellen was so helpful and cheerful. Went to Asda today only 2 tills manned the quew stretched the full width plus length of the store what a total joke
