“I have a assistant dog to help me with my anxiety and depression and Sean the manager was dead good and accepted the dog to come into the shop with me so instant 5 star rating will be going there to shop more often!”
“Nice shop and location for sure with plenty of car park spaces. The only thing I don't like about Iceland is that they close early as compared to their peers... They could at least open until 8 pm every day from Monday to Saturday, if not 10 pm like ALDI or LIDL.”

“Excellent local store that I remember being built in 2016, great for fuel, groceries and all essential items, staff have remained helpful and welcoming throughout the lockdown and maintain a sensible balanced covid approach, never any meltdowns over social distancing and always happy to take cash.”

“Can you please sort the steaks out, I use the self-service machine's, and most times I go through security and the alarm goes off, one time I ignored it and got chased out the shop, can't blame the security man he was doing his job, but it's embarrassing when you have all the other customers looking at you when the security man is checking your shopping”
“Nice store and staff, the only thing that annoys me is whichever till you go to you always get told to move to another till. Extremely annoying because you end up queuing twice as long then. Happened here for years.”

She went above and beyond, suggesting different items for us and alternatives to products you didn't stock. What a super star she was. “Handy to now have a Tesco Express on the site of the old Lookers Vauxhall Garage on Woodchurch Road. Open until 11pm which is a positive & it seems much better stocked than the Tesco Express up by Tranmere's ? ground on Temple Road. Plus there's plenty of ?parking here ?.Only negative is having to use self-service (? only) checkout/tills here, as when an item won't scan you can be waiting a while for assistance & you don't get a receipt!?.”

“Great choice of items to buy. Would be 5 stars, but sometimes it can take a long time to get through the cash desks as they only ever have the minimum amount open.There are now limits of 12 per person on most of the items in store. The self service checkouts do help to speed things up, but because of these limits, still can't go to 5 stars...Just to update....the limit of 12 per person has been lifted.”

“Newly refurbished and looks amazing. Lots of fridges now. Classy displays of fresh produce and the aisles are quite wide too. Liquor and booze now on the back wall, moved away from the check outs where it used to be. Lighting is slightly dimmer but not dark . Was quite impressed really. They have installed customer self checkouts but still have manned checkouts if you prefer that . 5 stars from me. Visited around 5pm and it was not too busy. Hope this helps you all. Oh .. the carpark has been re-laid with fresh markings too.”
