“Although the store is fairly small, it is well stocked, and the staff are always more than willing to help , when necessary.I have severe back problems and can’t lift anything heavy. I try to shop at a quiet time, often a Thursday evening.Over the past few months I have used the till run by a young man named Ben.I wish to make you aware how he excels at his customer skills and he is always very eager to help. Once he was aware of my disability, he started packing my backs. After this he pushes the trolley to my car, and unloads all of my shopping into my car this is a huge help for me. He then insists on returning the trolley and returns my £1 coin to me.I have offered him a ‘tip’, but he always declines.I cannot praise Ben sufficiently to explain what a lovely, helpful and professional member of staff he is.In addition, all of your staff I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to shop in you store.RegardsMarian”

“Staff are extremely helpful m, they have a difficult job managing many things at once but they do it extremely well. They take the time to remember customers and ask them how they are and set a gold standard for what the co-op should be which is community based. I treat every shop I go in with the same attitude which is to be polite and patient and understand that store staff are human beings and I don't just dish out 5 star reviews but if your looking for a real community store then Co-op teehey lane is the place to go.”
