“I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a few years. I changed because I had nothing but problems with two pharmacy's forgetting to complete my prescription or losing it. Swettenhams staff have been very helpful, polite and informative. They have even delivered my medication when I could not collect due to shielding as I am extremely vulnerable. My partner wanted to move closer to home, but noone matches up to the Rock Ferry pharmacy. Thank you for your service, especially during COVID.”

“Fantastic service, so quick, called ahead to see if they had all the items on my little boys script as my doctor normally sends the script to boots, but they didn’t have all the items in two of their stores. 1 phone call to Heatherlands pharmacy a very short hold time to say we have everything in stock we will prepare if for you now. Had all of the items waiting for me which was amazing when I got there. Extremely professional and friendly, can’t recommend enough. This is the only pharmacist we will be using as a family going forward.”

“A very small Boots pharmacy yet surprisingly there's a lot on the shelves considering (mainly medical products as opposed to rows of smellies \\u0026 such, probably down to the stores size \\u0026 priority) There's place repeat prescription reminders via text \\u0026 notifications of ready to collect prescriptions via text which is easy to set up \\u0026 very handy, The medications are all from well known makers/brands, you don't get cheaper alternatives from unrecognisable makers! If you ask for assistance in store you get assistance, I also believe they deliver too, It's alright.”
