“It's a nice store because here you basically can find everything. From perfums to make up and photo printers, it's a nice place to go when you go shopping. Down side was that we had to ask for help in the store to buy a perfum instead of they coming to us, but actually I think sometimes is nice to not pressure the buyer too, so I believe this is a relative point. Overall everyone was very kind and nice.”

“Boots are probably one of the most attentive opticians I have been with for my daughter. They always go above and beyond in every factor.. Yesterday for example they did a very detailed eye tests due to some distorted vision my daughter experienced which came on quite sudden. Robin is always so pleasant and friendly. All the staff go above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Jimmy is brilliant he has my daughter laughing and releasing any worries she has regarding her eye care. Ask for the optician he was fabulous I didn’t catch his name but he was brilliant. I expressed the concern I had for my daughter and he did such a thorough exam. Thank you.”

“Definitely the best chemist there manager of the chemist habib(sorry if spelt wrong. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I couldn't get any correspondence from my own doctor and when called the chemist he gave me the best advice and best medication for me and within 24hrs felt so much better. He's helped me over the past year going to this chemist and will continue. Helps you more than the doctors this chemist 10/10 from me thank you X”

“I had to find a new pharmacy as my regular one is closing down! The change over was so easy and efficient; even though I'd already put my repeat prescription in with my old pharmacy on the app! I provided my NHS number, and the Pharmacist switched me to here straight away. I'd told them I was running out of my tablets and they text me not long after my GP had approved my request to say they were ready to collect.Super efficient, friendly, professional service and have already proved to be so much better than my previous one! Sad to see closures, but glad to have found a great pharmacy!”

I only stepped in to get a prescription that I was having difficulty finding from my usual pharmacy. Nothing new there. “I accidentally stumbled on this place when they were one of only a few places in liverpool who had my medication in stock. I expected to wait a while whilst they dispensed the meds - I know the drill, and there is a whole process of picking and checking that goes on behind the scenes that many people don’t realise (and angry or impatient people treat pharmacy staff awfully sometimes) - but this place was remarkably quick, the staff smiled at me when they gave me my bag, and on the whole it was a lovely experience. :)”

“Just to say the biggest thank you to the staff doing COVID vaccinations. My five year old was terrified (his sister had told him where we were going and why) but the vaccinator came out to do him in the car, distracted him and he literally didn’t even notice! After she gave him sweets and promised to pass on his Christmas request to Santa he told me today was his best day EVER. Quite something for a boy who five minutes earlier had been screaming and planning his escape strategy. Huge thank you - will always come here for vaccinations in future. Truly above and beyond.”

“Great staff and very helpful. It's a small chemist with a large medical centre next door so it's always busy. The staff still take time to talk if you need advice or help. They also offer home delivery which, I have used on occasions. I would not consider getting my monthly perscription from anywhere else.”
