This used to be so great! I used to get my scripts promptly - I didn't need to wait too long either in line or for the script to be delivered. Since Wells have taken over the dispensing, there are errors in the scripts, massive delays in waiting for them to be given out (and between gp request and time to collect too!),...

I go everyday for my methadone an most of the time I get seen straight away. But some days I feel I'm ignored an treat differently by one individual an it's not nice. Sometimes I can be waiting 10minz to be seen an she knows I'm there. I'm going to be changing my chemist cos of this

I have always found the team extremely respectful and well mannered even though they are normally rushed off their feet and happy to help with anything you need
