This used to be so great! I used to get my scripts promptly - I didn't need to wait too long either in line or for the script to be delivered. Since Wells have taken over the dispensing, there are errors in the scripts, massive delays in waiting for them to be given out (and between gp request and time to collect too!), and the items are frequently out of stock so I have to go back. The staff are generally helpful and pleasant, but since it's become busier, they are seemingly more stressed.\\nToday, I was told my script, which I sent through twice!!, had been collected (it hasn't), and I had to order it a third time from my gp. When I was upset by this, the staff member seemed annoyed and suggested I wait!! I'd already waited over 3 weeks for the script to be dispensed and then a further 35 minutes in store!\\nI'm really disappointed because this honestly was such a great pharmacy, and I can't understand why it's so bad in such a short space of time!

I go everyday for my methadone an most of the time I get seen straight away. But some days I feel I'm ignored an treat differently by one individual an it's not nice. Sometimes I can be waiting 10minz to be seen an she knows I'm there. I'm going to be changing my chemist cos of this

The pharmacist attitude is vile! Don?t think she realises she?s dealing with sick people, she speaks to people like something off the bottom of her shoe!

This is a busy little chemist with wheelchair access at the 2 entrances one being within the Birkenhead Medical centre which is home to Miriam and Cavendish Medical Centre.Can't fault the staff they are lovely. The waiting times for a prescription is ridiculous sometimes! End up waiting for the prescription longer than the time I spent to visit the Dr.
