“I had the opportunity to attend a pottery workshop at Aylesford Pottery, that my wife had given me as a Christmas gift. As someone who has always been interested in art and creativity, I was excited to learn a new skill and create something with my own hands. The workshop was held in a quaint studio, filled with quality tools and materials for all types of pottery making, who knew there were so many types of clay!. The two lovely instructor were extremely knowledgeable and patient, guiding a small group of us through the whole process from molding the clay to the final piece, along with explaining the glazing process. It was definitely a wonderfully therapeutic experience, time well spent, getting lost in the moment and focusing on creating something beautiful in my eyes from a material I deeply dislike in my day job, its sticky, messy, clogs up your tools and just not nice when creating playful landscapes, but today was different, wholesome and relaxing. I feel blessed and grateful to my wife for such a thoughtful gift and for giving me the chance to explore my creativity in a new way. I might even go again to learn some Reku… Great day at Aylesford School of Pottery.”

“This was my first visit but I found they have just about everything you need as a DIY'er and for the professional, prices are good and the quality of wood that I purchased was far superior to that from a couple of well known DIY shops that I had purchased from before. All the people here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they were selling.

Only given 4 stars as on this occasion when advising them I'm moving from Dulux eggshell using pure bristle brushes to Dulux Diamond Satinwood I asked for advice in best brushes to use. “I needed very strong furniture for my daughter who is determined and destructive. All standard furniture has been destroyed so a purpose designed and built solution was needed. Pineaple listened carefully and proposed good solutions for a wardrobe and sofa. Purpose built furniture is much more expensive than normal furniture and takes time to deliver. “I bought a Herman Miller Lino chair, fully spec'd from them in November 2023. It is now August 2025.

Prior to purchase they dealt with all my queries.

The chair is brand new at a lower price than typical retailers or buying directly from Herman Miller.

It was delivered with no issues. From memory delivery is a long wait. So there's that.

The only downside is no one can come out to fix your chair for free which I think you would get if you bought directly from Herman Miller.

But so far this hasn't been an issue for me.

I requested a replacement seat for my chair as mine was giving a bit too much when seated leaning back.

They sent one to me. No issues with delivery time at all. It comes with printed instructions on how to replace the seat.
