“Great place for fancy dress, both to buy and hire, including all sorts of accessories like hats, tights and wigs. They also do party-ware like paper plates and decorations you can't get in other shops. I really appreciated being able to try an outfit on before buying to check it fit, which you can't do when buying online, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If there's something they don't have in stock they can often order it in for you too. Highly recommended.”

She was very good and wished all were like her. She brings good personal service to a faceless organisation. “Ordered a Samsung galaxy watch after talking to a helpful assistant about the diffences between models. Had to order my watch as it wasn't available in store which arrived in two days as promised. If I have any problems with purchases it's far easier to talk to currys in person in the store rather than doing an online purchase with an unknown vendor and trying to get aftersales help from them.”

“Had an in store appt booked in the curtain dept today with Jake. Just want to say how amazing Jake was - so helpful, really listened to what I wanted and gave some great ideas and recommendations that I didn't have a clue about. But most of all his demeanour is something the managers at Dunelm should be very proud and grateful for ; on numerous occasions he was interrupted whilst going through my consult, a couple of people were even a little rude to him but he remained calm and helpful throughout to both me and them. I felt he clearly wanted to do his best and help customers as much as he could. The store was a little short of staff due to a meeting so he was doing the best he could in a really good way with limited staff for that period. A great young chap who I hope is recognised by his managers and team at the Maidstone Store. Thanks very much Jake!”

“I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was a lovely shop. Really good range of ASDA products which weren't food. I did appreciate that baby milk was left with the other baby items though. Upstairs is a kid's dream with all those shelves of toys to adventure around. Not what I was expecting but great all the same.”

“A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it’s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.”

“Considering this is run by volunteers and it isn't a furniture dumping service for the sole convenience of lazy so-and-so's who don't want to dispose of their own goods properly its actually not bad here. We got a lovely sofa from them that's lasted us nearly 5 years. They were more than happy to take our old furniture also”
