“I came into HMV today looking for some specific cat figurines. When I couldn’t find them on the shelves I went and asked at the till and was directed to the help of Lily F. Lily looked round the shop for us then checked the store room where she found them. There are several variants of the figurines and Lily helped me to find the ones I needed to complete my collection. She was so friendly and helpful and made the experience really fun! I’d really recommend this shop, this is my second visit there and the staff were just as friendly on my first visit too :)”

The selection changes week by week, and having sci-fi right by the door makes it easy for me to get to my favourite section!Very nice collection of cheap older books on the upper level of the store, which occasionally has a few gems.”

“Fresh Modern Bathroom Installed by KASKO Multi-Trade Services.

We had a tired old bathroom. Tiles were falling, the bath and shower were poor, and the sink was cheap. We picked a modern design at B&Q.
The team at B&Q were great especially Portia, who helped us plan, design and price the new bathroom. They linked us to their trusted supplier and installers KASKO Multi-trade services.

Keith from KASKO arrived with Alex to evaluate the bathroom pre install. They showed respect for our house and took off their shoes. They gave an honest appraisal of the space. They looked at the whole house, not just the bathroom.

They started early and worked late. Keith managed and brought in electricians and other specialists. PJ joined them too. They removed waste and cleaned up.

We now have a modern wonderful looking and fully functional bathroom with power shower, and sleek design. The job finished right when they said it would. Everything works well. We are happy with the result. I would recommend B&Q for their bathroom design and KASKO multi-trade services for their fantastic and professional installation and hard work. Brilliant!”

“Warehouse personel were very helpful, unloading took about a 90 minutes (40ft container). Booking times are adhered to, if you turn up early, you could be made to come back closer to your time slot due to limited parking.”

I buy a lot from here the staff for generally very helpful and there's normally the tills the only thing I would say is it would be better if they stored your information better on their system with regards trade discounts but apart from that I highly recommend them”
