“We have just had out bathroom refurbished, with Plumbbros providing the materials, from the flooring, toilet basin and furniture, through basin and furniture, to the shower, including wall panels. But Shaun did more than just supply the materials, he guided us through the bewildering variety of choices available in a detailed in-person discussion. The result is a wonderful new and modern bathroom. We are delighted with the outcome, and would highly recommend Shaun and his team.”

“This place is an Aladdin's cave for stuff. Good selection of all sorts of household and electrical items, tools, phone cases, vapes, smoking aids as well as air soft guns. Always a good find to be had in here and the owners are always great, not always cheaper but they make up little deals on the spot, making it cheaper at the till point where possible. Often will do their best to price match so worth a trip in to see how they can help you before going to more expensive locations. Great shop on the high street, I'm sure I'll be back again soon.”

“For a few decades I’ve used this store, for major jobs and minor.
Reason for this is it’s easier to park than other stores of this type and the trollies are easily accessible.
The store is set up very well and unlike other stores they don’t tend to move items to other isles, leaving you searching for them.
I walk in knowing what section to walk to and get what I need. The isles are wide enough to navigate and not a hardship or ordeal to shop.
My only gripes are that some staff over the years have been rude sometimes, a young man on the till dropped my items from heigh into a bag I was holding aggressively, to the point it jolted my shoulder each time… Also obviously there’s only two main tills, so when it’s busy in store, you’ll have to queue.
Many people also drive out the car park the wrong way instead of following the one way route, which isn’t the stores fault, just an observation.
Overall product wise I’ve never had any issues, so from my personal experience I recommend this store.”

“Ross is as doing a great job today servicing lots of vehicles today on a busy Saturday in Chatham!Only dropped one star because on the website you say you have 2 services. One is drop in and wait and one is where you can book a certain time slot. It became apparent that you only really have one service which is drop in and wait your turn. Which is fine they were doing a great job and I was seen promptly. So no criticism of the staff in store, it’s just frustrating when the website isn’t accurate. I would rather know up front what the system is and allow a little more time. Thank you ?”

“Usually I am disappointed when I shop here, we tend to be completely ignored by the staff, so I end up choosing what I want and going home to order online. This time however a charming member of staff named Janel helped us. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and couldn’t have been more helpful, she was a credit to the store. Upon the delivery of our new fridge freezer there was a slight issue, however the customer service was exceptional and our problem was resolved straight away. I would recommend thoroughly. “This Range has a wide variety of items especially for the home and living. This particular Range also has an Iceland within where you can pick up a good variety of foods and drinks alongside the usual Range supplies.\\nThey have a nice Garden section, pet section, paint section and snacks. Staff are always helpful though not often on the shop floor itself.\\nIt's pretty straightforward to navigate and a more recent change to their tills has been a welcome addition as previously it took a long time to pay for items.”
