It was a popular item and sold out, but the assistant went above and beyond to make sure that the replacement item i received was even better than what I had originally bought. My daughter was so happy with her artic fox slippers instead... thank you, you made my daughters birthday!!”

“I don't normally leave reviews for shops, but just been to Halfords for 2 bikes to have a free check. There was only one member of staff in the bike department (Bailey) who had to deal with multiple customers at the same time as doing our checks and also fitting a new chain to each bike for us, but although swamped, he remained very calm and made each customer fell valued displaying a very professional attitude. “It's great for all things outdoor... two large buildings opposite each other (one housing tents the other almost everything else). Friendly staff, plenty of parking, great range of products -many with significant discounts off RRP (how genuine these RRP values are is another story). Bottom line... if you're looking for something related to the great outdoors you'll most likely find it here and at a good price.”

“Recently M&S caffe had been refurbished with a new system of ordering through a self service machine and payment. It is more convenient for us as I can spend more time to choose a different foods and beverages.Ordered Egg Royale, Macaroni Cheese, Chips and Scampi and other foods and they were delicious. I also ordered an Afternoon Tea set but I think the tray was too large compared with the foods being served.”

It was in error as I was interrupted.I've been shopping at Matalan with my 11 Yr old granddaughter several times recently and have been more than happy with the quality particularly in the clothing. The prices are extremely reasonable and the fit is always consistent. You know what you're getting from the label. The home ware is as good as the clothing and has some unusual variations rather than some of the bigger stores more predictable patterns and colours.”
