“Friendly staff (3/2/23). Had issues with Click and collect due to their tech issues which I can’t fault them for. I still managed to collect within the estimated time frame and the outfit was high quality. For the future, they have advised me to give them a call so they can check if your item is ready to collect! Highly recommend and also their online customer service for replying efficiently to other enquiries.”

“This was one of the most tidy and clean H&M store we ever been to. Well done to staff, they do a great job. The store has a large men's area compared to not just other H&M stores but other brand stores as well. They stock pretty much anything. Thank you for a great experience.”

“This Superdry Store in the Basingstoke mall is a Excellent place for buying all the Superdry Products, the store looks asthetically beautiful and is maintained and arranged in a wonderful way so that you can find products easily , you can also avail discounts on many of the products respective to their discounts offers , the Staff is very cooperative and will help guide you if you ask for any help, overall a very nice place to shop for a good brand of clothing and warm wear ?”

“As one of the biggest names in retail and unit in Hampshire, I love going in for a browse as they have made nice use of their home and perfume displays, with everywhere room to walk around. Maybe have a bigger Petite clothing range, in the middle, not hidden at the back, as there seems to be less product range now than there was, with jeans and leggings everywhere else on view in the store. Also, where is your make-up ? I used to adore the shimmer and baked cosmetic range and this is non existent now, which is a shame for shoppers who liked it.”

“On Jan 8th 2025 i brought my lively 4year old to the shop to buy some trainers something that isn't a easy task so came at a quiter time in the day, i chatted with the lovely Sales assistant Gemma about what kind of shoe i was looking for and that my son might find it difficult to sit still, Gemma was fantastic at interacting with my son who immediately took her hand and happily walked over to a quiet shoe fitting area my son was so relaxed with Gemma and sat really well trying on the trainers, Gemma was patient waiting for my son whilst he exitedly walked around the shop in the trainers to see how they felt.

On leaving the shop my son happily gave Gemma high fives, the other shop assistant working on the till was also very friendly and polite. My son & i left the shop very happy and i was also relieved to have had such a calm shopping experience.”
