I was surprised to find that in the ladies toilet with the handrail there was no toilet seat. That means that only 2 of the cubicles are usable. Not good at bust times.

Looks like overcharge is a regular practice. The Indian lady didn't even apologise for overcharging me. I did eventually got the refund at the customer service counter. The staff there seem to be too busy having a banter amongst themselves. Not professional at all.

Has to be the worst supermarket in Basingstoke. So far this year, overcharged on roll back prices with full price several times over several weeks. Overcharged with their buy 2 for the price of 3 scam and got charged full price for all 3 items. Staff on customer service desk aware of this for over a week and nothing... read full comment
