“The lakes are big. Very big. And so is the shop, with a very large range of fishing gear and clothing. A shop for serious fishing people. There is also a nursery lake and a lake you can hire privately for a group. There is a railway station nearby.”

I google searched prom dress shops near me and a whole load of on line dresses came up gerr!!.I wanted her to try a few on in a shop and have the personal touch as she didn’t have a clue what she wanted. Eventually google came up with Zara Bridal. And we couldn’t have asked for better. Nina asked a couple of questions and picked a few dresses. Well the first one was amazing and the second and the third. How could we be so lucky!! The final decision was had, but I think we made the right choice. Nina also gave us advice on hair, jewellery, shoes, bags, she knows her stuff and is an absolutely lovely lady, she even does her own alterations!!”

“I had been to Minster Street Hobbs in Reading. It was an amazing experience. Elsa had very kindly helped me select the right piece. She has a good eye in matching dresses with occasion proper accessories, scarves, cardigans and shoes. She took out time and very patiently helped me out with each and every dress, advised me on right size, helped me find them. Without Elsa I would have never been able to find my new favourite pink dress.
I would rate 5* to Elsa and Hobbs.”

“Literally as plus size woman I have some difficulty to clothe myself. In my town there is no shop there but I'll definitely go online. Shopping in store was pretty fruitful but not as good differential of choice as online which is quite obvious in this time and age. I'm super happy that I discovered you guys keep it up but maybe lower your prices a little bit hehe. But it's worth it every penny anyways”

“Small store with all the usual JoJo Man Bèbè things. There is even a small table with some colouring pencils to keep your child occupied here. Staff are nice and helpful. There is also a clean baby change facility here.”

“I finally found a high quality brand at Oracle. You pay what you get but I am sure it is also worthy to wait for the discount periods in order to invest to great garments. Staff welcomes you and helps you to find the right size and fit or you. I wouldn't compare Reiss with any of the high street brands.”

“I love this Tk Maxx, easy to park and the best part is they close late, which is very unusual but super helpful, mainly to click and collect purchases. The store is big and with many options, only thing I miss on this one is the jewellery session which does not have one.”

“Little up hill battle with them as to fitting my battery as said not bought from them therefore wouldn't fit. Nothing on site that I could find saying only if purchased from them and eventually manager said would allow fit only if exactly as in car. Sad but was the same and then fitted battery. For nil was happy to pay £20 for fit but as a Halfords premium customer said was free. Shame though I needed to go through as the hassle just to get my battery fitted. As advertised fitting for £20 nothing made clear only if battery supplied from Halfords. Halfords couldn't supply the battery spec that I wanted so purchased elseware . And customer services extreamly poor with any help sad experience from Halfords although finally resolved in the end..”

“Well laid out and lots of options for both men and women, prices are a little expensive in some instances but if you look around there is a range of prices across the store. I would say this is aimed at certain sizes as there wasn't much range of clothing sizes out and available. Items that were out were very nice, shop was busy, staff were nice on the till, the queue for the changing rooms is a bit of a pain as the doors self lock which is understandable but then the staff weren't available to come and keep reopening them so we ended up waiting for just 1 room instead of the 3 there.”

“Went in for a new pair of wellies and the service was prompt and effective.

I imagined it was a new shop after recent media publicity, but it’s simply a rebranded Blacks with a new sign and a discount card scheme. It’s the same range of goods and merchandise and the same layout.”

I shop mostly for my teenage daughter and son and usually have no clue what I'm looking for!
I mostly approach your manager/staff and they are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They don't just point me in the right direction....they accompany me there and offer advice.
Last time I was in, your Manager even helped carry my basket! ? That is not customer service you often see.
