Slaters in York is superb. Expected the same level of customer service in Basingstoke. Unfortunately we were completely ignored despite staff members asking others if they needed assistance. What can I say , I thought this was a professional suit shop. Went to counter and was told to wait , well its been over an hour and I'm still waiting , phoned up twice before and was told I would get a call back never got 1 call, the thing is they get paid regardless of what they sell so why should they worry... read full comment
