“The room was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would want, clean bathroom, and a nice lounge at ground level. This hotel is also very close to the station making it very convenient, but also a short walk to nearby restaurants and pubs.”
“Walkability: Closest hotel to the airport and very walkable from all terminals via the skylink. And it will be much better when the airport gets itself together enough to fix the travellators!”
“Only popped in for coffee, loved it! It's fabulous, I live in Manchester so don't need a Hotel. From what I saw, very, very, impressed. The restrooms were immaculate, with quality products, hand-wash, hand cream, it was sparkling.Lovely location, I just stepped off the train from trip out, across the bridge, met my friend in there. Reasonably priced good coffee. Staff very nice also. ? 5*”
“Went on business and was actually very impressed with the hotel. Clean room, great facilities and my room had a bath which was filled immediately on check in! Many ”
“It was a wonderful exoerience. They were very welcoming and even helped me keep my bag when I checked out while I went to get something in town. Lovely. The location is a bit hard to find though. But apart from that, okay.Rooms: Lovely”
“Reception staff were really lovely. Managed to check in early by signing up to a free account with them, which was worth it.The room was spotless and noise was very minimal despite being in a prime location.Piccadilly Station is a stones throw away so easy to get to by train - not sure about parking though.Checkout was at 12 which was a nice change from 10 at most other hotels - not so much of a rush to get out in the morning.Overall really happy with our stay.”
“Location was good for me. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was good, clean bathroom and great size TV.
I would have graded my be room 5 if i didn't have a connecting door to the next room , this meant i could hear people next door.
Breakfast reasonable value if pre-booked (£15).
Otherwise a great hotel and would stay here again.”
“Upon moving to Manchester for a position at The University of Manchester, I opted for this hotel due to its convenient location near the university. My two-week stay here was smooth and hassle-free. I opted for the unlimited breakfast, which was comprehensive and included all essential items. The room provided was satisfactory, meeting all my expectations. Based on my experience, I would endorse this hotel to others.”

“Came into Manchester for a day of shopping and dinner. We decided to stay over and my husband found the hotel. It’s absolutely perfect. Standard rooms are small but staff are amazing and the little details are perfect. Prosecco and nibbles in the room. Good toiletries. Amazing breakfast bag. Would 100% recommend.”

“This was booked as a Day-Use, which I was a little apprehensive about, but this was unfounded. The booking process was very easy. When I arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't quite ready, so I waited for a short while. However, I was offered breakfast while I was waiting, which was gratefully received; thank you. The room was lovely, fresh, clean and very well presented, and included a bottle each of Sparkling and still water, with the usual, Tea, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate along with some biscuits, which was a nice touch. The reception staff are brilliant, and made me feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!”
“My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We went for the Premier Plus room, and it was comfortably spacious, not overly hot or cold like some Premier Inns can be, and in a great location situated by Chinatown, within walking distance of shops and the Arndale shopping centre, and also right by a main tram area. We would stay here again!”

“Great hotel, affordable, up to date and clean, and really welcoming!Rooms: Our room was a “compact” room, and although small, was clean, felt up to date and the bed was really comfy. The welcome area has an American diner vibe, with the beers being reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again ?”
“Amazing staff, rooms were great comfort and room refreshments. The pool and sauna is great! Free of charge when staying. The sports bar is good but sometimes closes early (10pmish) so had to go to the main bar which is just as good but no TVs.”
“Stayed for a business trip for a couple of nights. Rooms are cleaner than most holiday inns/ premier inns. Nice and spacious rooms. I booked a queen room and it was decently priced, the service desk always had someone and whoever it was, was friendly and helpful. However the walls are really thin and you can hear EVERYTHING which can be distracting also it is located quite deep into ashton/tameside. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if u wanted to explore Manchester/oldham. Perfect for business meetings and short stays.Rooms: Spacious, comfortable and cleaner than most places”
“Great location – just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and close to a lively road, but tucked away enough to stay quiet. The lounge has a trendy bar with decent drinks deals, and the breakfast options were solid. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was the area near the lifts – right next to the toilets and it smelled bad, which let the hygiene down a bit. Aside from that, I’d definitely stay again.”
“Great location close to a beach downside but rather handy car park. Also connected to a Starbucks which was needed in the morning!
Hotel itself had friendly staff and a good food menu and drinks options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would use them again.”
“As usual very professional staff. Was given an executive suite, which was very spacious and with all amenities. Hotel is right in the centre, minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars e.t.c.”
“Lovely hotel... small but well appointed room.. but crazy restaurant, I ordered trout but they brought me a portion of salmon and told me it was trout.. I was very nice but not what I ordered, I was at a family function so didn't bother to complain.”
“I needed a hotel for just one night stop over for a business trip and found Novotel located close to my destination. It’s also one mile from RHS. Everything about the stay was excellent, from parking, check in, the room, the restaurant, there is even a gym on site. It honestly felt like a home from home kind of stay. I would 100% recommend to anyone.Rooms: The room was a great size and big enought for families, I booked a double. There is also a separate WC and the door closes between the bathroom and the corridor for additional privacy and keep noise down but it was a very quiet hotel.Food & drinks: Really excellent food.”
“Cheapest I found close to city centre. Is it the Hilton, the Malmaison, No! But does it do the job is it cheap and did I feel like I had enough to warrant to cost, certainly. Friendly bloke on the front desk. Less than £10 in a uber to Town.Room looked decent, you can tell they have done their best to male it modern. Bathroom not so much, bit it's a place to shower and go to the loo at the end of the day.Think this must have been an old residential care home and floor board a bit creaky in the room above. So let hope below don't mind when me and the misses get in tonight!Breakfast- full English was nice, continental didn't try because I didn't really see one.Overall 7 out if 10! 9 would be Hilton standard!”
