Staff all very friendly, chatty and helpful.Food & drinks: Only sampled the free coffee and bought a snack. Lots of other food options available. Service was very friendly. Staff chatty and helpful.

A great hotel . The Trafford Centre is a stones throw from this hotel,so all those Shopaholics will love the location. Great service and food.
