Went for a swim on Thurs, thought pretty expensive at £20 for the hours swim, Came back today 2 days later and Anna tried to charge £50, saying the £20 previous mistake - unbelievable. Pool is great, but are shafting people with their prices for an hours swim! Also have use the hotel for my business for events.

Great spontaneous stay here on a Sunday night. Lovely room, friendly staff and great facilities. The cookies on arrival were a nice touch. I would definitely stay again!

Had the most fantastic stay at the Double tree. The cookie on arrival was delicious and warm and an unexpected treat! The spa and pool were superb, the pool had this beautiful tucked away part with jacuzzi type jets. The Turkish bath, sauna, steam and aroma rooms were all lovely.
