Bit disappointed with the hotel this stay. As a Gold member I should be offered a room upgrade but wasn't.I was out all day and only got to my room at midnight only to find that the room was cold and the heating panel didn't work. I called for help and the night porter ended up bringing an old radiator as he couldn't fix... read full comment

Absolutely lovely hotel, spacious room, friendly staff, bright, clean, airy. The most comfiest bed ever! Good tea/coffee selection. Spacious bathroom. Right across the street from piccadilly Station. Short walk from all the shops. Highly recommended, would stay again.Rooms: Lovely rooms, spacious and comfy

First and foremost, the staff was wonderful. The front desk was accommodating, friendly, professional and very proud of their city :)The lobby has a great atmosphere, with great drinks at the bar!With that being said, the rooms, elevator AND hallways need to be updated.
