Spoke to Mani who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the TVs and also made us aware of Sky offers.He knew the years the model was out and the picture quality. He suggested the delivery. He even looked up if we could go on a payment plan for the remainder. Very calm and answered all the questions we had. He did it all with a smile, We left feeling like we received a 5 star service.
