“Great shop, huge selection of items - I mainly go for baking supplies but can always find what I need.My only complaint is that the staff close the shop 5-10 minutes before their advertised closing time. I've arrived at ten to 8 before to find the doors already locked which was very disappointing.”

“Really good place to find nice nerd stuff. Mugs, posters, albums, very specific shirts, even a boba Fett doormat. Great alternative to finding stuff via Amazon if you prefer to get this stuff in person. Think they have a loyalty scheme with a membership card”

“Finally found a sofa that can fit through our hallway door. The service was good, our driver was great , advised us on the process on putting it together.It fits well in our front room, I would definitely recommend this, the only thing I would highlight on is the assembling of the sofa, if it wasn't for my daughter it would sill be in its box. If I had to do this again I'd pay for it to be put together, but that's just me! Would I buy this again yes , however, I can't comment on it durability as we've only had it for 4 months, but so far,no concerns.”

“I went to your Uxbridge branch UB10 0PH on 09.01.24 at 1446hrs and was served by a staff member called Dolton. I have to commend this staff. I am so happy he was there to help as I could not make a decision on wall tiles. It took us a long time searching for the colour and design. He is so patient, understanding, caring, and knows how to look after your customers. That helped in making my decision. I was looking for wall tiles for my kitchen. He looked after us very well. “I went into this shop to look for some second hand DVDS. A few weeks ago I made a donation of a bag of DVDS to the West Drayton branch of Oxfam. Hopefully they will be popular with their customers.A lot of the second hand DVDS are a bit old but are quite cheap. If you search through the shelves you can often find a good bargain or two.The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going and welcoming. Lovely team of people. They gave good advice and weren't pushing the most expensive options, listening to what I needed. They even un-rolled a reduced off-cut for me to double check it had just enough width for my room and stayed open late just for me so I could buy and fit that very day. Thank you guys!”

“I got a brand new kitchen including a lot of building work done through the Kitchen Company towards the end of 2023. From the first appointment to completion they have been nothing but professional, supportive and friendly.James designed the kitchen around what I needed making suggestions and taking what I wanted into account and as it was rendered on a computer it was very easy for me to see what it would look like and by the time it was completed it was exactly as it was it appeared on the computer!The builder that they provided was fabulous, very trustworthy and flexible and he then provided all the other services that were necessary taking any stress off my shoulders.The whole company has a friendly, family feel, very knowledgeable and willing to take on board my ideas.I cannot recommend them highly enough, you know you are going to get a quality kitchen from quality people.”

“I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to do so after reading the review left by Tic. I was in the shop at the same time and overheard most of the conversation taking place at the counter. The person speaking to Tic offered to have the item of jewellery authenticated for him, it seemed that he was not happy with that.I have purchased many items of jewellery from this shop and have always found them to be genuine. I think that before someone accuses a shop of selling fake gold they should be absolutely certain that they are correct. Great shop and friendly staff.”
