“Absolutely amazing Ryman’s store, by far the best i’ve ever been to - Tanveer and Nathan are so lovely, helpful and always make sure that I (or anyone else in the store) has the help they need to make their shop as pleasurable as possible. I have huge respect for the fact they are always asking if a customer needs a hand with anything, less than 10 seconds after a customer enters the store. You should really always ask to speak to those two in particular because they will go above and beyond to help multiple customers at once, in quick succession during a busy period in the shop. Even when asking for 40 copies of a print at a very busy time; I still feel like I am getting their complete attention which is incredible!

“Just wanted to say what incredible customer service I received from Rio at the MUJI Kensington Store. I was after a certain pair of trousers and he managed to find them in the store room, just in time before they were due to be transferred to another store. Rio put them aside for me and I collected them on Friday. Absolutely top top customer service, kind friendly and polite. “Recently I was on a mission to obtain two costumes from the musical Frozen and after much debate from within the office in getting them delivered by mail after the other stores did not give us confidence in their array and quality, I took the advice from a friend who recommended Mad World. I, head a department for a Company who entertains and arranges private and intimate events for people who travel to Great Britain when "The Season" begins and throughout the year, and on this occasion we had a particular VIP Family from abroad who were in London for a private family event. The couple in question has a young child who has just begun to love the musical Frozen and we needed to make an impression to welcome the family back to our shores with a WOW moment, as my two colleagues would act out the role of two characters from the musical with songs, due to the Family's social position. I first rang the store and spoke to the irresistible Manager Eleni and within moments I knew I was speaking to the right person. When I paid a visit to the store the team had both costumes ready for me to look at and when I knew these were the best costumes I could have asked for, Eleni then began to "put the costumes together" with those little extras that would create a memorable experience for the family and their audience. One pays for the costumes at a reasonable price and is allowed to keep them for a week and their costumes are simply amazing and One could actually get lost in this store. But what is really attractive about this store is the team. They totally get involved with one's vision and ideas. I could actually continue with this review but I fear it may take up too much of your time. This message is for everyone in London and England, "get yourself to Old Street and pay a visit to this store, you will not be disappointed". It's only a five minute walk from the tube station. To Eleni, Dot and Elexis, thank you for your amazing and dedicated time and effort and I shall see you again. Five stars +.”

“Very rarely write reviews. But had to on this occasion. Bought a couple of chairs and two of the guys that worked in Homesense went out of their way to help. First the guy, who (without asking) grabbed one of the chairs and carried it to my car. And secondly, when we couldn't fit the chairs in the car another guy went and found an Allen key so we could remove the legs. This is true customer service and something that would be nice to be the norm - but so rarely is. Thanks guys, appreciate it”

“A store famous for hot chocolate! You can taste hot chocolate and various teas. The size is small. Secu told me to be careful of pickpockets because my cell phone strap was sticking out of my pocket, as if there were pickpockets often.”

I initially shopped around with other retailers, but I was still unsure what was suitable for my ensuite bathroom.Upon my second visit at TJR I met Anoop who was very helpful.i told him I didn't enjoy cleaning and I wanted a stylish low maintenance bathroom. He planned the whole bathroom for me including all the accessories which were easy to maintain.When we were having our bathroom done the shipping crisis effected delivery of certain items. Anoops communication was excellent. He kept me up to date and was also apologetic even though it wasn't his fault.The bathroom is still looking good as new a year later. The items are very high quality. I look forward to future projects with Anoop.”
