“I am a regular customer at the British Heart Foundation, Old Kent rd, London.They often have some very nice/unusual furniture etc(even though sometimes it can be a bit pricey) but the quality is usually quite good.The staff(mainly volunteer's) are very helpful and friendly.I've had a good experience with the delivery guys with them delivering on the 3rd floor flat(no lift) and friendly/polite as well, plus you can get a delivery very quick also.My only gripe is that when you see something you really like and want to buy it there and then, you'll see a notice saying 'bid for me on ebay' it's frustrating at that point especially if you want to buy the item there and then and don't have the time to bid on ebay.Overall would recommend.”
