“Back again to this excellent Dunelm outlet... this time to buy a modest sized Dunelm 1Ltr Dehumidifier £25 to assist during a period of high humidity across our region.

Result, money very well spent. The unit quietly goes about its business, as one would expect, bringing forth a comfortable and much-lowered humidity in the room of use.

Just an hour after moving the dehumidifier to the bedroom and the living room was back to feeling clingy.

It's a great product and works as it should but the review needs to extol the service assistant as well. Rachel, just brilliant. Smiling and engaging, old fashioned customer service and I'm very grateful for it.

Lee was friendly, personable and professional in his approach to customer service... and to the job at hand, which was binding a service/instruction manual for some tech' kit I'd refurbished.

High quality service at a sensible price... and it gave me time for a quick pint over the road whilst the job was being done.

“Always a great place to get reasonably priced fixings and hardware. Nearly always in stock or next day delivery if not. Hard to find anywhere that beats them on price for general fixings although they are unbranded.Only 4 stars as I don’t like the trade credit card constantly being pushed. But that’s their Job!”

“Just popped in to pick up some paint for the spare bedroom, and I have to say the staff there are absolutely brilliant! I was completely overwhelmed by all the colour options, but one of the gentlemen in the store took the time to really listen to what I was trying to achieve and helped me narrow it down to the perfect shade. He even explained which primer I'd need and gave me tips on cutting in around the skirting boards.The lady at checkout was equally lovely.
It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes all the difference. The store itself is well-organised and clean, making it easy to find what you need. Will definitely be back for my next DIY project!”
