“My partner and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We stayed in a suite, which had a kitchenette that we found really handy. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is modern and is situated in a great location in Soho. It’s very close to Oxford Street and a short walk away from Leicester Square, where there are many things to see and do. The staff are very friendly and have good recommendations of restaurants in the surrounding areas. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Simply exceptional service and communication:Replacement door required for my Candy Washing Machine. Went in on Monday 21st August, they ordered the part (it was cheaper than online sources), took my contact information and payment, arrived next day (Tuesday 22nd August), got a call to say it has and can be collected. Very honest business, was quoted £60 to install, but asked if I was handy with a basic screwdriver as this could save the £60 cost. The gentleman explained the process of changing my door to me; 2 screws and lift out existing bracket, and then do the same in reverse to install new door system. Took no more than 5 minutes to remove and fix new door. A big thank you to for your honest and expedient service. You have now gained a loyal customer that will recommend you to all.”
