We purchased the perfect sofa to our new house and Jason one of the staff members helped me and my family to choose the perfect color and the perfect design according to the structure of our house. Very bad customer service , we went to buy sofa , we were in the store for more then hour for someone to respond and say hi to us , staff did not bother to ask us that what we are looking for , did not bother to even smile at us . We left the store after 1 hour . Very poor customer service. DFC don't care for the customer.
