Bought a new 3 and 2 seater sofa from South Ruisilp DFS from a very helpful and not pushy salesman named Jason. He was very knowledgeable of all the different pieces of furniture that they had. It was a great help for us to choose the right sofa.

I ordered a bed frame(Ottoman wooden)from Dfs Ruislip on 2nd May 25 . On ordering they told me , it will be delivered within 2 weeks and on arrival of the date they called and told it?s been delayed and will be delivered after 2 months (23nd July 25) . So I waited till 23nd July . On 22nd July Dfs called me and told there will be delay again on the order which I placed without explaining any reason and they didn?t give me any further dates for the delivery . Very bad experience. Other suppliers offered me one month of deliver . I don?t recommend Dfs .

Lovely store,I have not been in here for ages and the store looks amazing! The sofas/furniture are good quality but on the pricey side. The ambience of the store was lovely and the background pictures were lovely and complement the store well.

Ok if you like cheap furniture l would prefer more up market furniture that will last a lot longer as they say cheap is often the most expensive!!!!

We purchased the perfect sofa to our new house and Jason one of the staff members helped me and my family to choose the perfect color and the perfect design according to the structure of our house. Hats off to Jason and it was lovely to have such a good customer service. Hopefully our sofas will arrive before Xmas as we planned. Thanks again Jason !!

Very bad customer service , we went to buy sofa , we were in the store for more then hour for someone to respond and say hi to us , staff did not bother to ask us that what we are looking for , did not bother to even smile at us . We left the store after 1 hour . Very poor customer service. DFC don't care for the customer.

We ordered three sofas a year ago from the South Ruislip branch and when they were delivered, they turned out to be a different model from the ones on display. Moreover, the delivery guys had scratched up the sofas and the vinyl flooring for us and when we demanded compensation or a replacement even they avoided our calls. The store manager - Lee - did not do anything about the situation. They sent over a man to repaint the scratches and they told us they would repay us the damage costs for the flooring 6 months after we had reported the damage. When we agreed as we had no other option, they offered us £100 for the £500 and we paid a separate £2300 for the sofas for them to come to us damaged and not even the right model. We are extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend for anyone to purchase from DFS if you do not want to be scammed like we did. Horrible experience and quality of customer service.

1 star is generous. They have the absolute worst customer service possible. You better hope there?s nothing wrong with your order. We purchased a sofa on finance and it was delivered without feet so we couldn?t use it. Despite the fact that the delivery wasn?t completely fulfilled, DFS is charging us. Their policy is that they don?t take payments until the furniture has been delivered. But apparently, if there?s no feet for the sofa it still counts as being delivered which makes no sense because we can?t even use the sofa. We will have to wait 3 months for new feet to be delivered and we can?t even use it in the meantime. DFS South Ruislip refused to provide any form of compensation for the problem.

Very spacious, furniture laid out nicely, walk around with no pressure from sales personnel, if you like an item a salesperson can come to you to answer your questions regarding colours available, different sizes etc, with no pressure from them, o% interest free credit available to. Staff well informed to answer your questions ,and friendly and not overbearing.

Awful experience bad quality worst customer service to deal with after weeks of waiting tried to deliver me a stained sofa with holes in thankfully i was paying attention and refused delivery phoned them straight away was told someone would contact me as a matter of urgency no one has bothered after 5 days i even went in store and found them really unhelpful was told they are trying to repair the sofa to redeliver why would i want that when i paid £1000 for a new sofa i want a full refund i will be ordering from elsewhere when something goes wrong they dont want to contact you your just left ringing general customer service number i was told it would be a week before a manager even tries to ring me horrible situation to be left in took a day off work to get the sofa delivered there was more marks than the ones pictured the delivery driver said he would try and use a cleaning kit shockingUpdate: no one has bothered to contact me from Dfs i went in to my local store twice and was told by Paul he processed a refund but i haven't received it i can still track my order and it says its pending delivery no email sent from him to confirm this ect inconvenience to me to have to chase this up constantly
