We purchased the perfect sofa to our new house and Jason one of the staff members helped me and my family to choose the perfect color and the perfect design according to the structure of our house. Hats off to Jason and it was lovely to have such a good customer service. Hopefully our sofas will arrive before Xmas as we planned. Thanks again Jason !!

Very bad customer service , we went to buy sofa , we were in the store for more then hour for someone to respond and say hi to us , staff did not bother to ask us that what we are looking for , did not bother to even smile at us . We left the store after 1 hour . Very poor customer service. DFC don't care for the customer.

We ordered three sofas a year ago from the South Ruislip branch and when they were delivered, they turned out to be a different model from the ones on display. Moreover, the delivery guys had scratched up the sofas and the vinyl flooring for us and when we demanded compensation or a replacement even they avoided our calls. The store manager - Lee - did not do anything about the situation. They sent over a man to repaint the scratches and they told us they would repay us the damage costs for the flooring 6 months after we had reported the damage. When we agreed as we had no other option, they offered us £100 for the £500 and we paid a separate £2300 for the sofas for them to come to us damaged and not even the right model. We are extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend for anyone to purchase from DFS if you do not want to be scammed like we did. Horrible experience and quality of customer service.

1 star is generous. They have the absolute worst customer service possible. You better hope there?s nothing wrong with your order. We purchased a sofa on finance and it was delivered without feet so we couldn?t use it. Despite the fact that the delivery wasn?t completely fulfilled, DFS is charging us. Their policy is that they don?t take payments until the furniture has been delivered. But apparently, if there?s no feet for the sofa it still counts as being delivered which makes no sense because we can?t even use the sofa. We will have to wait 3 months for new feet to be delivered and we can?t even use it in the meantime. DFS South Ruislip refused to provide any form of compensation for the problem.

Very spacious, furniture laid out nicely, walk around with no pressure from sales personnel, if you like an item a salesperson can come to you to answer your questions regarding colours available, different sizes etc, with no pressure from them, o% interest free credit available to. Staff well informed to answer your questions ,and friendly and not overbearing.

Awful experience bad quality worst customer service to deal with after weeks of waiting tried to deliver me a stained sofa with holes in thankfully i was paying attention and refused delivery phoned them straight away was told someone would contact me as a matter of urgency no one has bothered after 5 days i even went in store and found them really unhelpful was told they are trying to repair the sofa to redeliver why would i want that when i paid £1000 for a new sofa i want a full refund i will be ordering from elsewhere when something goes wrong they dont want to contact you your just left ringing general customer service number i was told it would be a week before a manager even tries to ring me horrible situation to be left in took a day off work to get the sofa delivered there was more marks than the ones pictured the delivery driver said he would try and use a cleaning kit shockingUpdate: no one has bothered to contact me from Dfs i went in to my local store twice and was told by Paul he processed a refund but i haven't received it i can still track my order and it says its pending delivery no email sent from him to confirm this ect inconvenience to me to have to chase this up constantly

We came to this DFS specifically because their website said that they stock Dwell products. They had a side table and that was it. You need more information on your website about the products you have in your store.

Bunch of lying con artists. Received faulty sofas and went in branch, they will avoid you at all costs or try justify the fault as tolerable. There?s no landline connected to the branch so you have to speak to customer services who then emails the branch to call you. I?ve made over 4 requests and they never call back. Wish I looked on google first before deciding to buy from here.

Came in today to purchase a 2 seater recliner. We were greeted by Mitesh who wished us a good morning and asked how he could help us. We gave him a description of what we were looking for and he showed us a range of different pieces that fit our description. He also showed us new recliners with new features such as speakers, drink coolers and wireless chargers and sockets. We were instantly drawn to this piece and Mitesh very kindly provided all the details and deals regarding the piece and it?s delivery time etc. We went ahead with the purchase and we are over the moon happy with the service and insurance packages provided. 100/10 service from Mitesh, full of passion and positive energy who went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. SCAM ARTISTSDon't believe anything sales people say don't get any additional cover as they always have a get out from doing any repairs.Test any additional features to your furniture before purchasing.Record anything they promise as they will LIE and deny saying anything afterwards. Get it written if possible.IF IT SHOULD BE POWERED AND NOT INSTORE DO NOT BUY WITHOUT TESTINGThey tell bank conflict resolution agents they have repeatedly tried to contact me just to get the case closed... more lies.1 star is too much never again and I tell everyone I know and anyone in my reach to avoid like the plague.... not only this branch but the company in general.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sales staff were nice but the after service is nonexistent. Sofas arrived damaged extremely poor quantity, 8 months in now no repairs still chasing the service for a solution, even the Regional Manager got involved then abandoned the case. All lies upon lies up to now. Now, I have to go to an ombudsman for a solution as no one is contacting me anymore & I have no other options left. Basically, if you want a debilitating headache for the next year or more, buy a sofa set from DFS, otherwise go elsewhere. I'm surprised their still in business.
