Bought Bosch washing machine, Sachin was very helpful in explaining the the quality of the machine. Machine got delivered in time and the installer's were good. We had a minor issue and Sachin personally came with the installer and the issue was sorted. Good customer service.

I'll start by saying the store owner's responsiveness is 10 outta 10, but I'm having an absolutely terrible experience regarding the wash machine I was recommended and sold, following two months of waiting for it to come in stock.
