Also nice to see staff so energetic and cheerful like Finn who was on shift a couple times that I had arrived and promptly set up my instore card with ease and again just all round helpful. As we were walking towards the exit Fortunate enough a young man Mr AMMIR came to help and changed my experience completely because of the customer service and his professionalism we purchased all three of these items instead of walking away due to the initial experience, My personal opinion we need people like him as managers with empathy and understanding of customers needs.”
