“I called head office to arrange moving my direct debits to another Nationwide account. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and apologised for the branch not doing it. I’ve just checked with the suppliers today and everyone of them has been informed. Very pleased it was hassle free. Also pleased with the mortgage department I spoke to this morning. The lady was very helpful.”
“Really helpful staff. I had accidentally opened up a new second current account instead of downgrading my existing account. The lady who served me gave me a number to ring up but the person on the phone was not helpful so the lady resolved the issue there and then. Thank you very much indeed!”

I initially found it whilst exploring Roman Road, it was so good I returned and took my wife along! But when we shop there and we have a trolley someone always jumps on a till for us . Unless of course there’s only one staff working at the time . “Went in with low expectations after reading the reviews, but Samantha on the desk was wonderful, helpful and pleasant.Someone walked in a little distressed as their card had been stolen. Without hesitation she asked the other customers whether he could skip to the front of the queue - obviously no issue. She calmed the man and quickly cancelled his cards.”

I’ve never seen these options before, but it’s great to have when you’re planning to make a trip to a country in the Euro Zone.
