“Had to go to the Burnley branch over a very annoying and frustrating issue with Barclays online and also over the phone...I was not very happy! However after spending about 15 minutes with Ruqayyah I was mightily relieved...she was extremely helpful and professional and solved my problem very quickly...if I had been able to speak with her at the very start of my problem then it would've been sorted much much sooner!! I can't thank her enough; very personable and very efficient.”
