“Visited Nationwide’s Tottenham Court Road branch three times in the last week. Great atmosphere, fresh and inviting space. There is a workspace at the front for customers to use and comfortable seating with a round table as well. I found everyone to be super helpful and pleasant. On my first visit I needed time to set up my online banking and the time I needed was not an issue. Thanks to everyone for your welcoming attitude every time I visited the branch it is much appreciated.”

“I do do not usually write review but what started as a poor experience turned out to be a great one.I entered the branch and there was looooong queue with only 2 staff on counter. (Just reminding the nearby branches have closed and this one has got really busy). Anyways, when I was finally approached in queue (again, can't blame staff as they were helping other), I was told that I need to go upstairs.I went up, had to wait for around 25 mins and was met with Naman - I believe the branch manager; poor chap, I felt sorry for him that he was serving and in between excused to assist other staff.Overall, I was actually very impressed with gentleman's professionalism and how he dealt with the query after being passed from pillar to post on the phone and your poor chat service on app.Like someone else said in the review, service in this branch is Definitely much better than previous years but I do feel that Barclays will burn their staff if do not provide more resources with branches closing nearby. FYI; cash is on the up and with cost of living we need the bank support face to face. Don't force customer to use digital options; If I wanted digital only, I would open an account with digital bank.Well Done again to Namen”

“I received 100 times better service from the Oxford Circus branch compared to Victoria. Despite being a much busier location, the team was professional, attentive, and efficient. Michael provided outstanding service, and Chris was extremely helpful throughout my visit.
In contrast, the Victoria branch—despite having fewer customers—seems more focused on relaxing than serving. They could learn a lot about real customer satisfaction from Michael and the team at Oxford Circus. A big thank you to them for setting the standard!”

The branch changed over the years. The space is awkward, nowhere to sit comfortably, neither in private to discuss your money business. Also the cash counter is gone, that's a big disappointment.”
