“What an experience at the Ivy Asia Mayfair! I'm almost lost for words! Beautifully decorated, fabulous food and a lovely atmosphere. Even the toilets are worth a photograph!! There were three of us. Two are Vegan and one of the Vegans is also coeliac which is a complication that can tend to spoil a lot of experiences of eating out. Looking at the menu here we initially feared the worst but then along came RAFAEL! What a Superstar! He went through everything on the menu, consulted the chef and didn't give up until he had ensured there would be plenty of things for all of us to eat. And he did it without drawing undue attention to us or making us feel as if we were causing a fuss. Rafael and the Ivy Asia Mayfair really made our day. Thank you - we'll be back!”

“Stood by the door waiting for the branch to open at 9am. Employee rocks up at 9.02 says we're not ready yet and locks the door again. Then came out again at 09.06am and said it'd be another ten minutes. However she was apologetic about it and the guy who helped me was very kind and helpful.”

“Banked with nationwide since 1993. Never left them due to great customer service, staff helpfulness and never had any issues with the building society in general. The staff at this branch echo what this building society is all about, its customers. They could do with actively moving the homeless away at opening times a bit more as a person who struggles greatly with anxiety issues makes it sometimes difficult to positively use the machines outside, and also when walking into the branch, but can also know that it is also not their job to move them on, it's the failure of enforcement officers that lack in these areas. All in all though, this branch is great and have no real problems with it.”
