Lack of supervisors/managers leave the floor staff on their own to sort issues, despite them not having the authorisation to do so. Terrible shopping experience.

What is going on with Asda George click and collect at the moment!! No one answers the phone been trying all morning. Still my order was supposed to be ready yesterday and still nothing and no status updates!! Sort it out not impressed
