“Prior to the opening of the Cheltenham Lidl, this location offered a more extensive beverage selection than its Cheltenham counterpart; however, the overall product quality is currently inferior.”

“How all Co-ops should be. Well laid out, generally well stocked with decent variety considering the size, very friendly and helpful staff! Obviously a bit more expensive than a supermarket but that's the price for convenience!”

“Brilliant shop and a great addition to Cheltenham. They have a really good range of products and it's well organised. I get ingredients for Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese recipes from there. Also great for treats such as different kinds of crisps, biscuits and sweet things.”

“A great place with cheap bargains also the parking spot is such a great place to park the cars. It is also the cheapest and nearest to the town centre I have ever been to the Cheltenham. 1 pound for one hours parking is great and convenient but the only problem is the parking bays are limited so some times it becomes really hard to Find a space in there but still worth looking there.”

“Hello fellow google reviewers! As you can see from my photo I am delighted!

I recently visited The Co-operative and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The store itself was well-organized and beautifully designed, making it easy to browse through their wide selection of products. The aisles were spacious, and the shelves were well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, snacks, pantry staples, and specialty items

I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of items they offered. Whether I was looking for something specific or just browsing, I found plenty of great options. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and offered excellent recommendations, which made my shopping experience even better.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed and were happy to answer any questions I had. They even offered me a special promotion, which was a delightful surprise!

I left the store feeling truly valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend The Co-operative to anyone looking for great products and top-notch service!”

“I use this place every so often. I like the late opening hours, the club card deals, and the friendly staff. Especially Becky, who offered to pay 50p off my shopping to save me going back to the car on crutches. Luckily, I didn't need it.”

“Very helpful staff. I wanted twenty jam doughnuts first thing in the morning to take into work for staff. They went out of their way to prepare them for me even though they were not on the shelf yet.”

“I was recently visiting a friend in Bishops Cleeve when I popped into your store. I would like to express my gratitude towards a gentleman on checkouts named Jack. He served me and has outstanding customer service, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got exactly what I came into store for (especially as some shelves were empty) . I was having a bit of a bad day , and Jacks infectious, cheerfulness and chatty nature and smile certainly helped and was just what I needed. Jack should receive recognition for his excellent service. I noticed as I left the following customer also thanked him for being so helpful. Next time I’m in store I will certainly look out for his till. Many thanks.”

“Decent bargain shop with plenty of frozen food and other food items as well plenty of snack options. Bread selection not the best but there are a lot of things priced so well they make Iceland look like Waitrose in comparison. Especially with today's pricesFor instance, they have discounts on things you wouldn't expect like 14 pack of Penguin bars £1.89 instead of £2 you'd see everywhere else. .Customer service is usually pretty good. But there are times where they seem pretty miserable. Depends on the day. Also I've seen now they only use one till instead of two for some reason and the tills are fairly small so keep that in mind if doing a big shop.So don't just flock to the small Morrisons it's a "Daily" one so they hike the prices up too. Farmfoods is the best main food shop on Coronation Square in my opinion. So come here if you don't want to go to the nearest Aldi.”

“Cannot fault the shop or the staff. I have seen them approach elderly and disabled customers on a one to one basis to help with shopping (going around with them) and helping them pack etc. The staff seem to be like a family which is a great atmosphere when shopping. A tidy, clean shop that has always been busy which shows how much they are needed and liked in the community. The manager should be proud”

“Surprisingly good selection of food especially vegan, vegetarian and health food. The staff are generally helpful and friendly and the veg selection is solid that said so is the meat, especially semi prepared meat and fish. For its size it really offers a lot. Shame the self service checkout can be a bit...well rubbish sometimes but only sometimes and there are usually always staff on hand to help fix it. Really I'm nit picking, it's a very good store.”

“This Sainsburys has been open about a year on land sold by GCHQ Though smaller than the main Cheltenham branch it stocks cloths media and Home items.. This store is a lot quieter so you can shop with out the crowds. Their Deli always has tasters of cheese, meats, pork pies..Great to keep toddlers quiet for a sec! Great Carpark never full Also this supermarket is open to 5pm on a sunday which is great as most food shops close at 4pm”

“Popped in and bought a bottle of Sambuca from behind the counter. Served by a lovely lady called Louise. She gave me the receipt with QS code on to leave 'store experience' but can't scan code.
Very friendly, professional and pleasing on the eye. An asset to any business.”

“The most arrogant man I have ever met & on the phone is more worse. He is rude and how he ever makes a profit, i would be shocked!I have used the shop for 20 years and I shall not be using it again. As a disabled person, I am used to being spoken down to but not like this.”
