“Bought things I need for a birthday party there.There was a problem trying to collect my £1 coin, three other people could not slot the trolley back into each other trolley, because the design of the metal legs/wheels was a different size to the other lot so they wouldn't slot in.”

“Fair size tesco express that sells fuel. Has your meal deals ect and a costa machine. Its on a fairly busy road so fuel can get congested slightly at peak times but nothing major. Always seems clean and has a free cash point outside.”

“Can't fault on price. Clean, tidy, modern store and staff are generally welcoming and friendly. Only downfall as with all these budget supermarkets is you can't always get exactly what you need”

“It's Iceland, but a warehouse. We'll, just a really Big shop really. Wide range of frozen and non-frozen products. Think of supermarket were frozen food takes up two thirds of the space :)Some really good things you may not find elsewhere.”

“Very helpful colleague at the self serve till at approx 5:10pm today. I didn’t catch his name but he was offering assistance to everyone. The colleagues on self serve are awesome.

Much better than the usual service on the trolley checkout where they don’t even say hello or goodbye and spend the whole time chatting to their colleagues over the headset!”

“I absolutely love this place, but the one in Quedgeley has a much better variety of stuff. Just about managed to get everything we needed to make steak dinner which turned out great. Only disappointing thing was they only had 1 member of staff serving. they seemed to have more security guards than they had members serving the customers. Will still continue shopping here though as its local and has most stuff”

“Quite a well thought out store. Good ranges which are usually well stocked. Staff can be really helpful but I've found when it's busy they are less inclined to be. Always a good selection of trolleys and good parking.”

“Visited thismorning first thing when the phone shop opened, was greeted by a young gentleman called Ty, who was really friendly and personable while sorting out a sim only contract for me. The process only took around 15 minutes in total, which I thought was really quick, yet efficient. I was in and out, contract and SIM card in hand, happy with my overall experience of Tesco mobile, Brockworth, and definitely pleased with Tys customer service”

“The Staff here are mostly very helpful, the food is good quality - one of the few pleasures left in this stressful expensive world we live in. After buying from the most budget orientated supermarkets for my food and M&S, I've come to the conclusion I would rather half the amount of food & buy from M&S - & actually enjoy my evening meal after a hard long day, rather than chomping through a load of cheap beige fodder.”

“Large, tidy, lovely staff.One of the bigger Co-op stores so there’s a wide variety of goods available.Very well laid out with neat and tidy shelves. Co-op prices are a little higher than other food stores but the quality is usually higher too.Frequently only one till open so there can be a wait but staff are always very cheerful and chatty.Nice to see some of the space is utilised for a charity shop.Parking is very limited though there are some spaces in Windermere Rd.”

“I’ve just received my Whoosh order from my local Tesco express and again an item has been charged for but was not in my delivery bag. Have tried calling twice and no one answering? annoying.”

“Need more staff on tills been in 3 times this week in peak times and only one till operator 3 or 4 staff on floor ? ?? but on a whole very friendly and good quality foods ?”

“Love these lot. Ok some things are out of stock and they seem under staffed at times. But! The staff are always great with us. We have been going here 10 years or more and have got to know a lot of the staff rather well there are some younguns there with brilliant politeness and happy to have a giggle with you. There is one older lady that can be a bit short and off sometimes (not rude or anything like that but not chatty) but the rest are so great to have a chat with. One with short curly dark hair is absolutely fantastic at customer service. She is chatty happy and never fails to leave me walking out with smile. I personally hope she never leaves as she makes my day. Keep up the great work everyone and I hope we never lose this community based local shop.”

“Walking back from watch rugby with the other half and the pooch to pick up some bits for dinner. I waited outside with the pooch as she went in to gather…. One of the items wasn’t available and she came to the door to discuss as the security guy said “no problem come in with the dog” so refreshing to see someone make a call, as when I asked it was discretional based on what he saw. Well done Tesco security!”
