“Not only was staff in the shop helpful and nice but when we got the delivery the driver was so nice, he spoke to us and made a fuss of the dog as well, that was nice to see as he's a staff and not a lot of people come any were near him, lovely man and a credit to your work team ? sorry I didn't get his name.”
