“As with all these reviews if you have been to one store you have been to them all. This is a "home" store so don't expect to find clothes here. A wide range of furniture bedding. Crockery etc. It does have a cafe which I am sure is cheaper than Costa or starbucks. Just over the car park is a "food" store which again provides the range of M&S food. All together it provides a good M&S range. What more could you want. I don't think an M&S clothes store is allowed on this site because of a planning agreement which keeps the clothes shop in town. Anyway it's M&S so even though we ridicule it but we still go there.”

“A great place with cheap bargains also the parking spot is such a great place to park the cars. It is also the cheapest and nearest to the town centre I have ever been to the Cheltenham. 1 pound for one hours parking is great and convenient but the only problem is the parking bays are limited so some times it becomes really hard to Find a space in there but still worth looking there.”

“A very helpful young lady called Tia helped me today by carrying a large, heavy bag to my car. I have back pain and she offered to help after seeing me struggle. I was very impressed with her caring attitude and the fact that she took time out to help me.

Usually, these late night places make you order at a window, and the staff member goes and gets it.

I recently visited The Co-operative and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The store itself was well-organized and beautifully designed, making it easy to browse through their wide selection of products. The aisles were spacious, and the shelves were well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, snacks, pantry staples, and specialty items

I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of items they offered. Whether I was looking for something specific or just browsing, I found plenty of great options. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and offered excellent recommendations, which made my shopping experience even better.

What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed and were happy to answer any questions I had. They even offered me a special promotion, which was a delightful surprise!

I left the store feeling truly valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend The Co-operative to anyone looking for great products and top-notch service!”

“I was recently visiting a friend in Bishops Cleeve when I popped into your store. I would like to express my gratitude towards a gentleman on checkouts named Jack. He served me and has outstanding customer service, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got exactly what I came into store for (especially as some shelves were empty) . I was having a bit of a bad day , and Jacks infectious, cheerfulness and chatty nature and smile certainly helped and was just what I needed. “Surprisingly good selection of food especially vegan, vegetarian and health food. The staff are generally helpful and friendly and the veg selection is solid that said so is the meat, especially semi prepared meat and fish. For its size it really offers a lot. Shame the self service checkout can be a bit...well rubbish sometimes but only sometimes and there are usually always staff on hand to help fix it. Really I'm nit picking, it's a very good store.”

“Hello, I would like to thank manager Jayjay who assisted me over the phone. Here’s what happened: I placed my order through Uber Eats but forgot to add spring onions (a necessary ingredient for a sauce) that we were making at home for the burger. I couldn’t change it through the app, so I called Sainsbury’s, and Jayjay (fantastic) said he would add the spring onions at no cost and saved our burger night. Quality service and excellent support.
