Staff to busy to help disabled shoppers.

I'm there for fuel and coffee!Staff lovely.Operates a one way system. Don't park in the main carpark it is attached too, just to use the shop or you'll be sent a parking ticket!”

“Filled my tank up on my own first time since my accident. Walked in on crutches with 7 year old boy desperate for a wee and the lovely young woman behind the counter let us use the staff toilet and helped us carry stuff. Easy to use, never too busy.”

“This is a wonderful little local shop in the heart of the Cotswolds. It has a wonderful range of local produce and I simply loved the staff there. I took away a steak and ale pie which was one of the best I have had ever. Would recommend!”

“I popped in here around 3 am, and was presently surprised to be let in by the member of staff.

Usually, these late night places make you order at a window, and the staff member goes and gets it.

It's much better to be able to have a look around and see what is on offer.”

“Normal enough looking petrol station, shop looked fairly normal too. . . They only have one toilet though, labelled as disabled and baby change. . .\\n. . . Oh my god, enter that toilet and you leave the petrol station to be transported into some posh night club toilet on a Saturday night. Blue LEDs in the ceiling, LED lit mirrors, banging tunes, and the most devine loo roll holder.\\nCouple that with touchless gizmos for the flush, hands free taps, and a Dyson style hand dryer, oh yeah, and the lovely scented hand cream - I completely forgot where I was.\\nThen open the door - wham bam, thank you mam, back out in tube light, amongst the sausage rolls and wine; surreal.\\nBut not bad at all.”

“I popped around 3 am, and was presently surprised that the member of staff let me inside to get some shopping instead of the usual late night garage where you have to ask the staff member what they have and they have to go and get it.

It's M&S food, so it's top-notch and not too pricey.”

“I love the pay at pump makes filling up so much quicker. Just had a new contactless club card delivered too which makes scanning your card to get points so much quicker. If anything they should introduce contactless payment I know this would only work for small fill ups <£35 but its worth considering to speed it up even further.”

“This Sainsburys has been open about a year on land sold by GCHQ Though smaller than the main Cheltenham branch it stocks cloths media and Home items.. This store is a lot quieter so you can shop with out the crowds. Their Deli always has tasters of cheese, meats, pork pies..Great to keep toddlers quiet for a sec! Great Carpark never full Also this supermarket is open to 5pm on a sunday which is great as most food shops close at 4pm”

“It’s not JUST a fuel station. For many of us it’s our local store. Staff are friendly and it’s my only source of much needed good coffee. Gotta be quick to get any bread though!”

“I just went here for the automatic car wash as I didn't want to spend too much on cleaning the car and it was late anyway (all the other car wash companies were already closed).The prices vary between about £3.80 to £6.49 depending on the program that you choose. The car was extremely dirty and was cleaned to a reasonable standard using the most expensive program. Nothing beats hand wash of course but then again you will pay £20 or more in town (and you need to make sure you go to the right place ;-)).The drying machine didn't really seem to do much but then again my expectations weren't so high.Note: to have your car washed first buy a ticket at the till and then with the assigned code you just park your car inside the wash and the machine does everything for you.”

“What can you say, it's a petrol station, amongst the cheapest fuel in Cheltenham, no pay at the pump service but has a carwash and the usual shop for milk etc. Quick efficient service.”
