At Babyland you get a genuine, personal service which is hard to come by in big chain stores or with online retailers. We couldn't find what we needed on the hangers, so the assistant went to check the store room, when he still couldn't find the sizing he rand the sister shop to enquire, fortunately they had the product and the sizing and held it for us until we made our way to the store. Jill looked after me and made my experience very relaxed and answered all my questions ( and there was quite a few). Jill was very patient with me and was an expert with fitting. “Visited the Kingsditch store in Cheltenham 6th Nov with a. Infants bike needing stabilisers and to look at balance bikes for my grandchildren too. Was helped by Nick and Rich each contributing to me feeling I had a really great experience. Not being familiar with balance bikes & stabilisers I was helped with fitting and selection. I felt confident of their guidance and help and left the store feeling very happy with my relationship with Halfords and the way it treated customers.”

“As good as the Next, Next, yes you can be sure of a good standard, from helpful staff, to good range of clothing and accessories, I went during lunch break to get a pair of shoes, not the ideal scenario, but got in there, mens dept upstairs, escalator on right as you go in, I'm sure there is a lift should you want one, as it is just stairs down. Shoes tried on and bought, first time I've walked out of a shop with shoes in hand, no box left apparently, not a problem for me but felt a bit odd carrying them out, I kept my receipt handy! Generally a useful visit where speed was of the essence and job done very efficiently.”

“As with all these reviews if you have been to one store you have been to them all. This is a "home" store so don't expect to find clothes here. A wide range of furniture bedding. Crockery etc. It does have a cafe which I am sure is cheaper than Costa or starbucks. Just over the car park is a "food" store which again provides the range of M&S food. All together it provides a good M&S range. What more could you want. I don't think an M&S clothes store is allowed on this site because of a planning agreement which keeps the clothes shop in town. Anyway it's M&S so even though we ridicule it but we still go there.”
