“I came into Babyland to look at the Silver Cross pushchairs and bundles, and I was warmly welcomed by Abbie. She immediately made me feel at ease and showed fantastic knowledge of the products. Abbie gave me a full demonstration, answered all of my questions (none of which were treated as silly!), and went above and beyond to help. We even tried the pushchair and car seat in my car to make sure everything fit properly and was easy to use — especially important as a first-time mum-to-be. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Thank you, Abbie!”

“Myself and my daughter visited the store last week looking for a wedding outfit for each of us. We were greeted by a wonderful team who made us very welcome and helped us pick out the perfect outfit for both of us. One member of staff really stood out, I believe it was the store manager ( Michaela). The whole experience was five star from start to end. Two very happy customers.”

“Reflecting on the other reviews I'm really glad I popped into the Stow on the wold store.I have trip in December that involves some time on the coast.it is going to be wet and cold , I needed a jacket to keep me warm and dry but remains flexible enough to move about in.I had one jacket in mind but the store was unable to supply it but tracked it down in Cheltenham.No problem , but this is where good customer service and understanding come in.I said I'd look around and see if anything else may be suitable, I unfortunately didn't ask the lady's name who helped me but we found an alternative that was better and slightly cheaper , I also found a hoodie I really liked.Items fit perfectly and if you are local you get a little extra off.I was already happy with the price as it was within my budget so anyone thinking about popping in definitely do.Obviously they can't carry everything and this store is certainly geared for outdoor walking and camping.I feel very lucky to have a brand store so close and it certainly won't be my last visit if needing more outdoor gear.The jacket appears very well made so I'm looking forward to trying it out.The shop looks fantastic too , well laid out and everything easy to see , prices are excellent as was product knowledge”

“As with all these reviews if you have been to one store you have been to them all. This is a "home" store so don't expect to find clothes here. A wide range of furniture bedding. Crockery etc. It does have a cafe which I am sure is cheaper than Costa or starbucks. Just over the car park is a "food" store which again provides the range of M&S food. All together it provides a good M&S range. What more could you want. I don't think an M&S clothes store is allowed on this site because of a planning agreement which keeps the clothes shop in town. Anyway it's M&S so even though we ridicule it but we still go there.”
