“Bought some jeans in the same size as last time but this pair didn't fit so as they didn't have a larger size on the rail I returned them. Looked around on leaving the store and noticed another rail full and containing exactly the same item in a variety of sizes and lengths but after trying them on (they fitted perfectly) I decided not to return to the till and buy them as I'd been told they didn't have anymore!!”

“I always come across perfume shops here in the UK, but I don’t usually feel excited to go in. The atmosphere often doesn’t feel welcoming, and the staff rarely show much interest in helping or presenting the variety they offer — it really takes away the joy of discovering a new fragrance. But this time was different. I walked into the store with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. A staff member named Sibi Chakravarthy (hope I’m spelling the name right) completely changed my experience. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the collection and helped me choose the right perfume.

Because of his guidance, I made my purchase happily and left the store with zero regrets. It’s rare to come across such honest and thoughtful customer service — I truly appreciate it.”

“Got to say Sam & Craig Went above and beyond for customer service, I wanted a specific size in a suit trousers and after numerous calls I called the Gloucester store but it was a 3 hrs drive away, I was going to make the trip but Sam spoke to a closer store that had them but couldn’t locate them, Darrell seen he had 1 pair in stock and searched until he found them then put them aside for me so I could collect, Really appreciate it as a lot of the other stores I called just said No, Customer service costs nothing to give but means so much and goes so far when received, Just want to mention Sam & Craig from the Gloucester Store and Darrell from Cheshire Oaks who assisted me and made it happen, Fantastic Service”

“This is a decent tk maxx, not super big so doesn't have as much stuff as bigger tk maxx's. As like all tk maxx's, if you go in the morning, the items are all nice and organised, if you go in the afternoon, it's a bit of a mess. Have seen some terrible theft in the store, so unfortunate for the company.”

“M & S good quality clothing. Excellent range of food and drink in the Food Hall - it's always been good, but improved greatly over the last year or two. Excellent café. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“Nice shop but as usuall staff cut back to the absolute minimum. So no service as such, rummage through the rails and then try to find the one staff member to get served. When will the higher management of retail learn the basics of selling goods to the public? It's shameful and not the shop staffs fault. I'm sure if management could automate everything they would be pleased to run the store with no staff at all. Thank god I don't work for Next. Sad times, retail is dead.”

“really helpful and friendly staff. i didn’t catch the staff members name but my brother shopped in store a few weeks ago and saw a hoodie he liked but didn’t get it at the time, i went today and the staff went above and beyond to help us get this hoodie for him. it had been taken off shop floor to make room for other stock so they went and got one from the back for us. couldn’t ask for better customer service so thank you!”

“An excellent store. Mountain Warehouse do some nice clothing for outdoor use. If you plan to climb Mont Blanc in winter go to a specialist shop, however, for general outdoor use in the UK. Mountain Warehouse is a good choice. Their clothing in fashionable and hard wearing and not expensive.They sell ski clothes as well, but I'm not a skier, so can't comment on this.At this particular store, there is very good parking because of the garden centre next door and the staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.”

A few big stores like Home sense, ScS, B&Q and sports direct.”

Yesterday the two ladies went above and beyond when my 4 week old was screaming because she was hungry, they very kindly offered me the sofa in the changing room area to feed and said I'm more than welcome to pop in in future if I'm passing. This kindness goes such a long way as a new mum. Thank you ladies!”

“Always go to the store and spend over a certain amount which I won't mention. However, on this occasion I wants a full outfit and the lady which is named Toni served. She was very helpful and patient, considering I was spending a lot of time looking around and wanting to try on a bunch of outfits. “Fairly good shop, and have some good deals at times on their stock. Inside the store, it's fairly tidy and can find items easily. The brands they sell is pretty decent and have good quality tracksuits or clothing. Staff are helpful. Picking up parcels is pretty good and easy. They don't take too long to get to the store. Only things will point out, 2 times I had an issue with the parcels from Jd. Where the parcel goes "missing" for a couple of weeks and then just randomly turns up to my address.”
