“I visited Batemans (almost as a last resort) when I was out looking for some trail running shoes. I'd have been along way before this had I realised I'd get such a superb service! I wish I'd got the salesmans' name so I could thank him publicly...his knowledge was extensive, he understood exactly what I was struggling with and he instantly had the answers. The shop was busy but I wasn't rushed and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I spent quite a bit more than I intended but I came away with a great quality product which I wish I'd known about before. I don't honestly think I'd go anywhere else after this. I highly recommend this fabulous shop, it has the best customer service I've come across for years”
