“We went to the cafe on Saturday whist doing the brilliant elephant trail. We needed 3 tables for all the family. A brilliant cafe employee called Adam helped us enormously. He cleaned the seating,tables and the floor and then he cleaned the high chair. He went over and above and made our visit so pleasant and safe. Thank you Adam. Excellent work ethic and attitude”

“I am an OAP in my 80’s and I needed a dress for my grand daughter’s wedding. Went to the Worcester branch because my daughter in law bought her outfit there. Very impressed with the shop and the friendly staff. Found a beautiful dress which was reduced to £169 and just the colour and style I had hoped for. The assistant told me the back was a bit wide ( I could not see the back ) and because there was a round open part, you could see my bra but she was sure it could be altered.
Took it to a dressmaker when I got home and because of the style of the back of the dress, impossible to alter.
Rang the store to explain and ask for a credit note but was told by an assistant and a manager that was impossible because I had taken the price label off. I still had the receipt and the bag it came in. Things must have changed since my day !, We just had to keep the receipt!!. It was obvious I had never worn it because it was about 10 inches too long and too wide at the back.
Sent two emails to customer services but never got a reply.
I am left with a dress that cost me £169 which I can’t afford to lose, very disappointed in how I have been treated and the whole idea of enjoying the wedding has been spoilt. I’m sure all your info on line says the label must be on if you return something but who my age would know all that.
Surely you could take a more realistic approach and I only asked for a credit note.”

She not only made me feel comfortable, recommended styles of bras that would be better suited for me but also fitted me in the correct sized bra! “Been in Worcester ever since I can remember and I'm 43. John is great chap but if you expect the red carpet treatment forget it. Guns, RIFs,Swords ect. That's a serious business so we'll you want to buy a Rambo knife John is decided if it is safe to or not. It's a serious business. I have been getting CO2 Refills for years now and John has been pleasant enough! Give the man break please!”

“I love TK Maxx, a large discount on lots of items, clothing, cosmetics, handbags, home wear, toys and every year they do a really good selection of Halloween items ?The only problem is they don't securely wrap up ceramics, if they wrap them at all it's in a little tissue paper! My daughter was extremely upset that her snow globe arrived home smashed...”

“Brow threading ladies here are excellent and friendly. There is also a recycling point for empty blister packs which we don't seem to have anywhere else in the city. The loyalty point scheme is also well worth enrolling in too.”

“In terms of Menswear, H&M is one of just a few good High Street brands that Worcester has to offer.

A fairly big store, with plenty of variety with styles and fits. All clothing is very affordable, and usually well stocked.

Only negative being, the Mens fitting rooms are only ever open on a Saturday (not sure why?). Therefore, the rest of the time you have to head upstairs and use the Women's fitting rooms. Frustratingly, there always tends to be a sizeable queue waiting.”

Such attention to detail. The cakes on offer are out of this world. I an hugely recommended the fruitcake. It is definately worth a visit.”

“I have not known bad customer service, the other reviews must be fake but, I guess not when like me, you might spend £112 in store and be treated with excellence, I have no idea why.. . I love the staff, easy refunds process, easy to talk to, even warranting a back and fourth bit of banter. I carefully explained and apologised my mistake for picking the wrong item, the staff showed understanding. I love my new shoes as well, I nonchalantly ask people if they have looked at my new shoes, for the 4th time in a row lol. I think I have found my second home when it comes to buying clothing and shoes, a wonderful experience, it's my kind of place to shop in.
