I had some fantastic service from someone on the shop floor whom I cannot remember their name, and Jacqui (Kershaw?) at customer services that needs to be highlighted.

Love Asda . This isn’t about the store but a WARNING about their new app for a delivery order . Last night it just didn’t work. At first it was selective about which items I ordered. When I got to checking out section it hadn’t added so many items. A second try let me through all the way until it wouldn’t accept... read full comment

The man at the pizza counter is amazing. He always makes such nice pizzas, he chats with the customers whilst working and is always so polite. He makes sure customers know the current deals and offers. I prefer his pizzas to the others that work on the counter. I only order when he's working there.
