“Really good Superdrug store with a huge selection of make up for the size of the store! My daughter loves it, as they stock E.L.F cosmetics, when other local Superdrug stores don't. Staff are amazing, super helpful. Gets busy, but queues go down quickly due to attentive staff. I highly recommend this store.”
“I love the new Primark its so much better than the old one because there is so much more stuff and more of a selection like in homeware/pyjamas.\\nNice changing rooms, friendly staff and can find anything I want here. Love the makeup, face masks, and they have some cool self pampering products :) Cant go wrong with primark!”

“Cant thank enough staff member Daisy. I walked into the store and security alarm went off the only store I had been in was Sainsburys. Daisy was so helpful she asked do you mind if I check your items and scanned through her machine. Sure enough Sainsbury hadnt taken the security block of my clothing. Daisy made sure I wouldn't be embarrassed in other shop. Good customer service as she served me in the store too packed my items separately so they wouldn't ruin my clothing.”
“Mark & Spencer at Southend on Sea is located very close to the Bus Station and the busy high street. It has the food mall and the clothing sections. Food mall has a variety of bakery items, fruits, juices, canned items, etc. high quality products. Like many other shops they also sell products specific to the occasions like Halloween, Christmas, etc.”

“We attended Paul’s yesterday to buy uniform for 2 of my children one of which is due to start senior school, so needed the complete outfit.On arrival we were greeted and served by a young lad called Josh, and what an outstanding member of staff. Answered all our questions politely and maturely, dealt with us in a timely manor, apologised that he thought he was taking too long (which didn’t even cross my mind) and he interacted with my sons regarding the uniform items rather than just speaking to me.In and out in 15 minutes tops! Ordered a custom T-shirt and arrived within 3 days - absolutely perfect. It is however impossible to get a hold of them by phone or email, which makes it seem fishy… but nothing but good things to say about the product and speed.”
