“By far the the best UK business for high quality carpentry tools. Truly magnificent, huge store with great layout. Plenty of Veritas saws from Canada and Kirschen chisels from Germany. Lots of supplies for routing, planing, turning, and any other way of manipulating wood that exists. Dust extraxtors and very large table saws are also on offer. If you enjoy carpentry and woodworking, simply forget what companies like Screwfix or Toolstation offer in this respect and head straight here.”

“Love superdrugs. Always great deals on make up & other Toiletries, Medication etc lovely big store. Very tidy and organised. Great range of everything, including purfumes. Beauty card to collect points is a must have.Wheelchair accessible, wide Isles.No toilets here but a few mins walk to the shopping center ones.”

“Like the items on sale or not, the queue for the tills on Saturday were enormous, snaking through the store. But so many tills open and someone calling people forward. So the queue moved at a slow walking speed and we progressed really fast.”

“A High Street name for outerwear. This shop in High Wycombe is well stocked. The staff are always attentive - not pushy - and helpful.We took our grandson in today to buy a waterproof jacket. After trying 2-3 jackets we chose the one we wanted but unfortunately they did not have the right size in the colour he wanted. This has been ordered and we have been advised that it will be available to collect in 4-5days. However, the salesman who served us seemed reasonably sure it would arrive sooner.We have shopped here before and the staff know their products and are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They are happy to help or leave you alone and will advise on available discounts etc. I hope the shop management appreciate the value of the staff they have here.”

“Fine clothes shop however I don't think that claiming your clothes are super dry is really a good selling point as clothes are usually sold dry, even wet suits are dry, so saying they are super dry doesn't really make them any more sellable.”

“Went to high Wycombe to get a new suit, went into several stores and could not get a 52inc jacket to go with a suit! One owner said if I went to Matalan I would get one there ! So off I went and loo and behold I found one ! The first one did not fit so the staff went to have a look for a one in the store room! And it was a good fit ! Well done to them and thank you To the ladies there !!”

“Range of products is very good here, it is a struggle to find staff available to help if help is needed. There was a queue as usual to pay (but no longer than usual) but all tills were staffed and staff were polite. There were parts of the store (particularly near the back) which were dusty and could do with a good clean. Overall good experience though.”

“came here just before lockdown - very patient and friendly staff with great knowledge the lady who served me sprayed a few scents and out the shop I went with 3 new ones, I have looked in on passing for the same lady since COVID lifted and saw her again yesterday it took alot more than a few sprays to get their - but we did with immense patience, went in for 1 perfume went out with 2 and an online purchase - Caroline Herrera 2 varieties and Mugler (the pink one) smells beautiful!! and she will know who she is by these fragrances! thankyou and see you again in 4months or so! x”

“They have some really great clothes in here but I've found the sizings to be very odd.They do stock other designers ranges so that may explain it somewhat.The value for money varies greatly too.I've bought some great pumps there for £10 which have lasted and I've gone back for more.However I found the cost of some of their casual wear to be overpriced.”

“H and M is what it is, lots of clothes with many at cheap prices. You pay for what you get. I like to go to them for unusual pieces and cheap t-shirt. However this store is not as good as some of the others it often feels messy and it is not so easy to find things in. I prefer the Aylesbury one.”

“My mother and I rushed into M&S in Eden High Wycombe as a last minute resort for an outfit at the weekend. Francesca was so helpful! It was 30 minutes to closing and she still gave us amazing customer service. She deserves to be praised, you dont get service like this these days!”

“Nice department store, selling clothes, electronics, home furnishings and cosmetics, etc. This store also has a currency exchange service and a café. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful . There is a large parking area on premises, but the spaces are quite narrow.”

“I thought I would write a review to counteract all of the poor reviews this store has received. I can’t speak for all of the staff but on Saturday we were served by Ollie, who’s product knowledge was second to none. He was polite and efficient without being overbearing. It would be wonderful if we all got exceptional customer service everywhere we went, but sadly that is not the case. So when someone does deliver, I believe they are worth a mention.”

“First visit, I really only popped in to save the hassle of driving to my usual place.The chap who cut my hair was called Jonathan. I don’t bother too much about my hair: it’s not important to me.Jonathan seemed to take incredible pride in what he was doing: cutting, trimming and shaving every bit a few times until he was happy… far more effort than I’m used to: he did a really good job (I don’t usually care enough to notice but after so much effort on his part I did)Hopefully he will be there again when I next need a cut.”

“I have to agree with so many reviews that staff is not very engaging and sometimes hard to find more than one till open but... Aside the fact I love this brand, my recent experience was very positive. When I spoke with lady dealing with my return she was knowledgeable and quickly got manager involved that semi sorted the issue (long story short I ordered items online paid by vouchers, didn't keep vouchers and when I returned I thought I just get refund in new vouchers rather than money being sent back to vouchers I used, bit of a problem when you bin original ones, mistake not to be made again on my part). Further call with the customer service managed to sort my issue completely, professionally and very quickly.”

“I brought a freeview box quickly and efficiently. Justin was extremely helpful with the sale and gave me good advice. I had to return the box due to not needing it with my TV having freeview, however at the start of next year i will be in the need for a new TV with freeview and will definitely look to buy from you because of the great service.”
